CHAPTER I

This ongoing story is about the conceptualization of technology that may seem abstract at first, but is actually very concrete. The power of it lies in diminishing belief systems and creating space for different points of view. A few ideas about seeking the truth, finding a joyful perspective, and thought processes are inspired by realizations we came up with by delving into ourselves and altering layers of persona and the subjective informations collected from inner realms. We assume we own a sense that is built upon our complex connectivity with our intentions and belief systems, our focus and interpretations of reality, which all together can manipulate our emotional bodies and nervous systems. Our mind-sets. We also have technology, that can bring deep introspection and insightful perspectives when used correctly. All insights and observations serve as the foundational base for creating the concept of an ideal self. It cannot be achieved without the sacrifice of energy and time; it can only be earned by diving into inner realms that are metaphorical mirrors of our experiences and seeking the truth. This ideal represents the healthiest and most joyful feelings about our existence, the most optimal mindset for balancing trauma that diminishes (understands and integrates) all negative emotions and thoughts, setting its purpose to try to achieve it as closely as possible.

When we are enjoying our own presence, there is no fear. We feel harmony — no conflict with internal or external reality. Fear is a manifestation of something that interferes with our state of harmony.Uncertainty in our consciousness, chaos, disorder. Consciousness is our awareness, our ability to realize factors that influence our emotions, thoughts, and perceptions. Chaos is a platform for fear. Until we understand it, it fills us with feelings of disharmony and anxiety, feelings we percieve as negative feelings. The importance to understand our fear is magnificent. It's not always a negative or harmful emotion. Sometimes serve a protective function but we destroy our well-being when we don't understand the source of our fear, and when it controls our lives in patological manner.
Our joy disappears... From a metaphysical perspective, the feeling of being yourself disappears. What fundamentally makes us happy is being ourselves.Feeling validated, safe and accepted. Fear inhibits that. By understanding this process, we facilitate our own growth and raise our awareness. We can better realize the roots of the fear and mature by integrating our experiences. But first we must undertand them. Every fear-based perspective has it's own root. As our awareness expand we better see triggers that make us feel insecure. When we feel negative, we have fear; we are worried about something. It doesn't necessarily mean there is direct danger to our life. Fear has many faces; it can be simply a bad feeling about ourselves, that we are not enough, that our life is not just right, that we don't have what other people do, fear of inadequacy, jealousy, shame, guilt and so on. With understanding, we can realize the complexity, deeper association of the negative determinants that shape our well-being, our self-respect, our attitude toward ourselves. And essencialy, that's also core of our projections to external reality, to our relationships, friends, closest ones and to entire society. Then we can face it. Expose ourselves to the fear-based situation or thoughts and learn something new. Processing it takes time; it involves building a new approach to the interpretation of reality and the application of new choices we haven't tried before. Every time we overcome our fear, we feel short-term satisfaction; perhaps it's a glimpse of ourselves in unity, an absolutely harmonious state of being without any fear, worries, or struggles of life. It's as if being dead, where there is only peace. However, being dead is not the point of this game, quite the opposite. We will eventually get there anyway. The point is to play, to seek, and to take little steps to figure out who we are and how can we help around. What is our journey and what is the technology we have. How come that it can bring insightful ideas?
Fear is suddenly neither our enemy nor our friend. It's one of our most important self-discovery tools, accessible at any time. A better understanding of ourselves contributes to feeling wholesome and harmonious. Deeper understanding of our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors help us to make better choices that align with our values and priorities. The feeling of being yourself and happy is correlated with the absence of internal conflicts. These conflicts are not necessarily bad if their energy is temporary. They can even create situations that reveal to us who we are.We can follow them and realise deeper roots of our personality layers. And we are able to resolve them. Though longer they remain unresolved within us, the more we become enslaved by them and source of unhealthy behaviour patterns. We need to be authentic. We need to set time for ourselfs, for introspection and meditation, self-compassion and relationships. Focus and improve our psyche healing tools, we all have inside us.Understand our life-path point and current situation, see the bigger picture. It's like inner engineering , intentional act of psycho-hygiene with a precise focus on our emotional and spiritual well-being. By focusing on the bright side, we can cultivate optimism, resilience, and a more joyful and fulfilling life experience. Being authentic and true to ourselves could be our starting point. Talk the truth to yourself, or at least don't lie. It is an honest expression of our inner world, creating space for emotional and spiritual evolution. Fear can inhibit this expression and growth if our approach and perspective are set in an unhealthy manner. This type of inhibition is represented by our inner conflicts and causes troubles in our mind and in emotional body, and subsequently after long time being unresolved, in our physical body — a psycho-somatic mechanism resulting in symptoms of psychological diseases.
